Refund policy

At Watchme, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of nutritional supplements and for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for:

  • Damaged products upon delivery
  • Incorrect items received
  • Manufacturing defects

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
