1. Returns Eligibility

  • Products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in the same condition as received, with all labels and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products are strictly not eligible for return or refund due to health and safety regulations.
  • Any product that has been tampered with, damaged after delivery, or missing its original packaging cannot be returned.

3. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong or defective product).

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed in case of:
    • Receiving the wrong product
    • Receiving a defective or damaged item
  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
